YTD sales (SF) through October 2021 vs. 2020 were down in Fairfield (-8.8%), Easton (-9.4%), up in Norwalk (+15.5%), down in Westport (-5%) and Weston (-10.9%), up in Wilton (+8.9%).                                           

YTD average sales price was up in Fairfield (+12%), Easton (+31%), Norwalk (+9%), Westport (+18%), Weston (+35%) and Wilton (+22%).                                        

Fairfield                

October Property sales were 78, down -42.2% from 135 in October of 2020 and -10.3% lower than the 87 sales last month. October 2021 sales were at a mid level compared to October of 2020 and 2019. October YTD sales of 932 are running -8.8% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 1,022.

Average sale price: $911,989 (+12%)

Easton
